F10 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the f10 platform. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to all provisions stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the f10 platform via https://f10.bio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the f10 platform.
These Terms apply to all users who register an account, browse content, make deposits or use any services provided by f10. This platform is intended exclusively for adults in Malaysia.
F10 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via an on-platform notice when material changes are made. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
To access f10's full range of services, you are required to register a user account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with any other party.
- Notify f10 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Register one account per individual only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
F10 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time as part of the platform's security procedures. Users who fail to complete identity verification may face temporary restrictions on deposit or withdrawal functions.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. f10 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
By using the f10 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates laws or regulations in force in Malaysia.
- Engaging in fraud, system manipulation, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorised gain.
- Registering an account using false information or assuming another person's identity.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or operate the platform without written authorisation from f10.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party.
- Disrupting the operations or technical infrastructure of the f10 platform in any manner.
Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice and without entitlement to any refund.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the f10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). f10 supports a range of local payment methods including bank transfers, FPX and e-wallets as listed on the platform's payment page.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the payment service provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment method. f10 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or banking institutions.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to full identity verification. f10 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete. Withdrawals are processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account may result in the account being suspended pending further investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, including the f10 Welcome Bonus, are subject to their own terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements and bonus validity periods must be met before any withdrawal can be approved.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The f10 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. f10 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors or viruses. To the extent permitted by law, f10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the f10 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software, is the exclusive property of f10 or its respective third-party licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish or modify any content without prior written permission from f10.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
F10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, or activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. Funds remaining in an account closed due to fraud may be forfeited to f10.
Third-Party Links & Services
The f10 platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. f10 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms or content provided by such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the f10 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
